COVID Message from Preston Memorial Hospital
Information for Covid testing:
Option 1: Individuals may come to the Preston Memorial Hospital drive through testing site from 1-3 pm on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday. This testing is free and no insurance is required.
Option 2: Individuals may call the Covid Line at 304-329-7285 from 8 am to 4 pm daily Monday through Friday to schedule an appointment for testing. Insurances will be billed, but no co-pay is required.
Turnaround time is 24-48 hours at present for either option.
Please do not go to the Emergency Department for routine Covid testing! You will be billed a standard ED fee and still may not qualify for quicker testing.
If you feel your symptoms are worsening and/or you have breathing problems, please call the ED ahead of your visit (304-329-1400) for registration and to allow the ED staff to prepare for your visit.
